I discovered the joy of running about 12 years ago, but really got back into it after having my three children (when my friend persuaded me to do a marathon as part of her Ironman training) and I have never looked back.
Six years on and I am now a fully qualified Coach in Running Fitness and a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Running has taught me that anything is possible. If you want to set a goal and you’re prepared to work hard, you can turn the impossible into the possible.

About Me
Running is my passion!

My passion and enthusiasm have led me to represent Devon over the half marathon and I have now completed 8 full marathons, and achieved a sub-3 hour marathon time. I know what it takes to truly progress and develop as a runner, and I can’t wait to help others on their running and fitness journeys.
