- Bi-weekly Zoom consultation with me
- S&C plan structured around your training provided by me
Consultation

- A one-off zoom consultation with me to provide assistance on anything you n eed help with
- Race day guidance, strength and conditioning guidance, injury prevention, race day tips, pacing advice, goal setting etc…
Strength and Conditioning Coaching
1-2-1 £40 p/h (plus travel expenses if required)
- A bespoke plan set and delivered by me
- Regular contact via What’s App or email to provide feedback
- Advice on nutrition
- One-off plan set out over 15 weeks, tailored to your race or strength goal
